​​Please carefully select the booth size that best fits your full setup, including tables, racks, displays, signage, and any additional equipment. To ensure a smooth and equitable experience for all vendors:

​

• Vendors must remain within the boundaries of their purchased booth space

• Vendors may not extend into walkways or neighboring vendor spaces

• Additional space will not be available on the day of the event

• Vendors who anticipate needing extra room should purchase the appropriate booth size in advance

​

All vendor payments must be submitted by June 15, 2026.

Vendor booth placement will be finalized after all vendors have selected and purchased their spaces. Once registration closes, Melanin Market Omaha will work with the Omaha Design Center to finalize the official vendor map and event layout.

• Vendor spaces are assigned based on purchased booth size and event layout needs

• Vendors will be provided a table and two chairs, and are responsible for bringing additional setup materials. If you do not need the provided table and/or chairs, please notify the Melanin Market Omaha team in advance so we can plan accordingly.

• Setup instructions, arrival times, parking details, and event logistics will be shared closer to the event date

• Vendor fees are non-refundable; this event will go on rain or shine.
